A teaching style which combines the power and flow of ashtanga with an added depth to focus in on postures and movement with awareness and precision. Nicky encourages students to open their hearts to find an edge to give them the motivation to progress.

Having taught many forms of exercise for over 20 years, Nicky has specialised in yoga for the last ten. In 2001 she spent a two year apprenticeship in Australia at the Gold Coast Yoga Centre: she studied with Suzanne Gray, Mark Togni and Kameron Storey, and in London with Silvia Prescott (Iyengar Certifier) and John Scott. 

2007 training included a foundation course in Yoga Therapy with The Life Centre, London and an intensive study with Swami Samarpananda in Rishikech, Himalayas.

Currently teaching in London, writing and presenting about yoga and its benefits, most recently for the British Heart Foundation.

Meditation and mindfulness are also studied at the North London Buddhist Centre. Nicky is passionate in her commitment to yoga and considers it an honour to teach.  07970 379 299
